Not in love with it? Return or exchange any piece within 7 days of delivery — simply, and with no fuss. We want you to keep only what you love.

what’s eligible

• Unworn, unwashed items with original tags, within 7 days of delivery.
• Choose a full refund to your original payment method, or a free size/style exchange.
• Manufacturing defects, transit damage, or a wrong item/size — replaced free, always.

how to start a return

1. From your order page, hit start a return within 7 days of delivery.
2. Pick refund or exchange, and print the prepaid return label.
3. Drop it off — we’ll email you at every step.

Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of us receiving the piece. Exchanges ship as soon as your return is scanned.
